Chef Jack Smith
Jack puts 'love and care' into his cooking.
Local boy Jack has trained under Michelin starred chefs Colin Akrigg and two starred Chris Staines and has brought that training back to Berwick. He loves to work with locally sourced produce, whether it is from the borders or local waters. Jack believes it is important for a chef to put 'love' into cooking and aims to have diners eager to return with their friends.
