Fraser loves cooking.
Prepared with passion, Fraser’s favourite style of cooking is to char-grill. His favourite dish is rack of lamb. He says the 'local lamb, beef and pork is excellent'. Texture, colour, marbelling and quality is vital. When a dish he has prepared arrives at the table he wishes that guests will savour every moment. That is as it should be.
