Persevering, and staying true to his vocation, Lowry eventually carved a niche for himself amongst the artistic community, painting with a unique and individual perspective of life.

He is remembered to this day by the Lowry Gallery and Theatre in Salford, an area he focussed on in his earlier creative days.
